Stakeholders

Active involvement of EU GOVSATCOM users is required for the identification of user needs and use cases, which will be subsequently translated into operational requirements for EU GOVSATCOM services. ENTRUSTED offers EU GOVSATCOM users a platform for exchanging information and gaining knowledge through the participation in dedicated online training, webinar and demonstration activities.

Providers of secure SatCom services and user technologies, research institutes and R&D experts will be consulted for the identification of available and emerging technological solutions, standards and protocols. Technological and research stakeholders will take part in the validation of the proposed long-term roadmap and coordination plan for research and innovation activities (R&I roadmap) in the SatCom user segment.

ENTRUSTED will provide the user perspective to EU GOVSATCOM and important insights in time or the implementing regulations. The support of European and national policy-makers is indispensable for the endorsement of project outcomes, and will facilitate the uptake of GOVSATCOM services throughout the EU.

ENTRUSTED will aim at raising general awareness on SatCom, and explain the importance of providing administration in the EU and its Member States with access to guaranteed, secure and reliable connectivity. Specific communication activities will target students from science faculties and young professionals in the space sector.
