Information about procedure

Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or their element be ensured. You can also request information to be made available using an alternative means of access, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of the video without audio description, etc. Such a request should contain the details of the person making the request, indicate which website or mobile application is meant and the method of contact. If any persons report the need to receive information by means of an alternative method of access, they should also specify a convenient way for them to present this information. The Polish Space Agency should fulfil the request immediately, not later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the Polish Space Agency shall immediately inform the person submitting the request about it, and propose a specific date. This new deadline may not be longer than 2 months from the date of submission of the request.

If it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the Polish Space Agency may propose an alternative method of access to information. In the event that the Polish Space Agency refuses to comply with the request to ensure the availability or an alternative method of access to information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or website element or mobile application to the ENTRUSTED Coordinator, the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. Architectural accessibility

The headquarters of the Polish Space Agency is in Gdańsk, ul. Trzy Lipy 3 (Building C), 80-172 Gdańsk

The architecture of the building allows access for disabled people. The entrance to the building is adapted to the needs of wheelchair users, as are the control areas. Corridors and elevators are devoid of architectural barriers to access for disabled people. There are two passenger lifts and one goods lift in the building. There are no restrictions on admission for people with assistance dogs in the building.

At present, it is not possible to use a sign language interpreter on site or online, as there has been no such need until now.
